Independent living environment of single unit apartments for persons diagnosed with a mental illness. The agency supports affordable and equal housing opportunities through the Northwest Housing Initiative Program, funded by the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD ). Units are available for rent to qualified applicants. Individuals must meet HUD eligibility certification. Rent is subsidized by HUD Section 811.
